At 18, Chloe relocated to New York City and obtained her real estate license, working as a showing agent while attending Baruch College full-time to earn her double major in business and political science. She moved back to Miami and worked in Section 8 housing compliance before attending University of Miami Law School, where she concentrated in Real Estate and Transactional Law. She became the president of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Society, a group involved in the legal aspects of development and zoning in Miami. At the same time, she worked for a startup organic snack food brand where she was involved in sales, marketing, and brand management and successfully got the brand into top health stores throughout New York City.
